For 27 years Albert has been a pastor
counselor. After planting two Churches in Southern California moved to the valley to come on staff at Visalia First.
Married 28 years to Naomi, together they have three children: Camille, Erin and Andrew Padilla. He has been an
Executive Pastor at Visalia First for the past 14 years.
Currently focusing his energies in the development and implementation of ethnic churches, couples and counseling programs and the adult single community. |
